Práce za rohem is a mobile app that helps users quickly find job opportunities right in their neighborhood. It offers thousands of listings across the Czech Republic, smart filters by field, work type, or salary, and lets users apply directly from their phone. With instant notifications and simple in-app communication, it saves time and brings new opportunities — quite literally — just around the corner.

TL;DR
Led a complete redesign of the brand and visual identity
Designed a new app, website, marketing materials, and ad campaigns
Introduced the idea for custom illustrations and collaborated with artist Petr Hada to bring them to life
Worked closely with the Direct People team to shape the overall redesign direction
Participated in regular meetings with the product and design teams
Ensured smooth collaboration across design, development, and marketing
Defined a consistent design language to ensure visual and functional coherence across all platforms
Supported usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and improve overall user experience
Contributed to both strategy and execution, helping the brand gain a fresh, long-lasting identity
Alma Career Czechia (formerly LMC) is the leading player in the Czech job market. Since 1996, the company has operated major platforms such as Jobs.cz, Práce.cz, and Práce za rohem — offering education, corporate solutions, and platforms for employee surveys and data insights. As part of the international Alma Career Group, it expands its reach and impact across several European countries.
Their mission is to create a better world of work for everyone — simplifying hiring, supporting education, and innovating how employers and candidates connect. During our collaboration, I had the opportunity to contribute across multiple products, with the strongest focus on Práce za rohem and Seduo — from brand and web design to marketing and mobile applications.
